Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. Pool area was beautiful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it is an option. Rooms were spacious and we had a great view. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location was brilliant. Set between Royal and Bourbon streets, it was walking distance to good restaurants, jazz bars, shopping and Jackson Square. Our room, at least, was really quiet and super comfortable. The hotel has a great jazz bar, ATMs, business area, pool and a restaurant (which we didn't use but it looked good). The hotel was clean, secure and well staffed with friendly, professional people who were knowledgable re local activities. Our family requested rooms close to each other which was achieved to our satisfaction. I would certainly stay at the Bourbon Orleans again.

Wonderful staff and lovely hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. We are locals, but had to check in when our air conditioning went out. The staff was so helpful; on checking in late in the evening it took a little while for the room to cool after being empty all day, and engineering came right up to the room, and arranged for a fan until it cooled. The pool is so refreshing in the heat of summer, and not too crowded. A wonderful stay.

The location is good right outside of the chaos that New Orleans is. The hotel itself appears safe. They basically have a staff member standing watch at the front door at all times. Unfortunately, in the few years between my trips there I’ve seen a big change in the area. Not what id call safe. But this hotel seems to have it under control. Just go back before dark. The rooms are updated and the hotel it self is historical and interesting. The bar connected is a huge plus vs wandering around at night. The restaurant was closed. I heard they were filming something there.

This place exceeded our expectations. We loved the location, the "old world" charm, & the friendly staff. My husband didn't want to stay in the heart of the quarter because he thought it would be noisy but our room (located overlooking the pool) was super quiet. It was hotter than hell in the city during our stay but the AC worked beautifully. The lobby offered ice cold water as well as bottles in the room.

the location is perfect, the beds are super comfortable and most of the service staff are super helpful. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to be accommodating to our needs.

It was an excellent hotel in a great location. We used valet to park our vehicle and everything we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. The pool was nice and everything was very clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Our only complaint is that the mattresses were somewhat harder than most other hotels with super soft mattresses. A small issue in the overall stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great area to walk around just about anywhere. It’s about a mile to each district in the area and only takes about 15-20 mins to walk to. Lots to see! Ubers and Lyfts are readily available to take you where you want to go. Walking distance to the trolleys to bring you around the city. Lots of tours to choose from as well!
